Southern Phone - We are very unhappy with the information we receive when things go wrong
We have to wait far to long on the phone to get help
We only have been called back twice, the other times we had to wait on the phone for more than an hour or even one and a half hour or even more
We were seldom given the correct information
And now, that one of our mobile- smart phones is out of warranty - despite our various calls - we are just told to get another one from Southern phone. This is not acceptable.
I shall contact S Ph at 6 Page Street in Moruya NSW 2537 personally over this weekend. Today is the 8th of June, 2018

Now we read that this forum is located in Las Vegas, USA. We now think that this will not help us.
As said, I shall contact Southern Phone personally per mail and also shall contact the ombudsman here in Australia

Reason of review: Poor customer service.
Monetary Loss: $350.
Preferred solution: Give us a proper working phone and reduce the monthly payments we were charged for naught .
