I'm a pensioner and when I was contacted by Telstra to tell me my discount had ended and my monthly cost was to be increased by $20 I decided to look around. I have had a mobile with Southern for many years, so I decided to take a triple bundle of internet,landline and mobile for $85pm.

I just got my first bill, it is $88.13 for just the mobile and internet, I am now paying Telstra and Southern phone because I need to keep my landline, and now I am seriously financially disadvantaged.

When I decided to make this change I was not advised by Southern Phone that my internet speed on NBN fixed wireless would be atrocious, fastest speed is 6.5mps I am finding it impossible to speak to anyone because their number is constantly engaged. I am now in a situation where I am seriously disadvantaged and feel like I have been misled by this company
