Southern Phone - Bill increase to double no communication

Not happy John, southern phone changed our plans after 4 years then doubled our bill. Tried to contact them with no results so paid our normal amount.Now on next bill we have a late payment due due to their incompetence. We also have a mobile plan for 12 months in an area with no reception. Tried to cancel plans but they want $10 exit fee per month for a useless service.

Southern Phone - Phone Service Review from Baulkham Hills, New South Wales

The people at southern phone have put me on the wrong mobile plan and they then said to wait till the next month and they would fix it, they didnt.. for this reason im very annoyed I thoughti was on unlimited befor and i went over by quiet a bit because they put me on a $400 plan (i call alot of people) and now i must pay the bill. Southern phone i am very dissapointed and unsatisfied with the service.

Southern Phone - Internet slow

last month the internet was not connecting or very slow like dial up speed, rang and was told they could see that the lines were dropping in and out so turn off and wait 1/2 hour and turn back on, ok for about a week then it is happening again sent an email on Friday, but because they don't work at weekend can't ring them to see if there is any issues happening, I was thinking this might be due to the NBN being put in NSW
