8 months ago, i rang to report landline not working, a technician came out fixed the line eventually. It worked for one day, since then i have been unable to use my landline, but i am still being charged $71.95 per month, which over 8 months equates to $575.00.

My internet i have to turn off and on each time i need to access it.

I am very upset with the lack of service and the cost of the whole

package.

I have sent emails to the company, but have had no response. When i first started with the company they were good, but not anymore.

Very upset, expected so much more from a Company that boasted about being all Australian.

Reason of review: Bad quality.

Monetary Loss: $575.

Preferred solution: Full refund.
