Big on sales pitch but abysmal customer service.My recent experience is based on a request by my partner to sign to a business/private package NBN contract.

She was promised the earth verbally but not informed about the consequences. When those consequences arrived there was a total lack of concern as well as a total lack of customer service. Once on the phone expect to be there for literally hours, and even then you might not reach technical help. But their lack of customer care is not limited to phone contact.

The written material that came with the modem was full of errors and the technical staff when they were finally reached gave incorrect information, confusing ADSL instructions for Fixed Wireless instructions.

This change has cost us big time.My candid advice, consider all other other options.
