Southern Phone - Ridiculous

A pensioner living alone in a remote area has been left without a working phone due to being switched over to a faulty NBN service. Numerous complaints have seen nothing resolved, yet the bills keep coming for a non working service. Shame on Southern Phone.

Southern Phone - The most useless nbn

Have had numerous problems , drops out frequently, can't seem to fix, blamed everything except themselves, must be your microwave oven etc etc . Do yourself a favour, don't go near this company. They don't ring back, you wait forever to get to speak to anybody. Hopeless.

I have tried many times to contact this company with emails and calls with ring back messages, does anyone work there I have had one email back to say there doing everything possible to solve my problem, they don’t even know it yet I haven’t told them, this is the worst company I’ve ever dealt with, it’s a joke, I’m going back to another phone server if I can get a call from them

No internet. 1 and half hour call back time. 3 days no internet . Unable to contact them as they never answer their phone. No courtesy message or call to let u know whats wrong and time frame.keep clear from this provider their customer service is nil. They should be reported to the ATO
