Yesterday I called in disputing a phone credit issue and while discussing with an operator (not in the least heatedly) she said "I can't help you any further" and hung up on me! I rang again and this time the operator seemingly solved the problem agreeing to my request.

Today I rang again with the same problem and was told that the second person I spoke to yesterday gave me incorrect information and the problem remains!! I have been a long time Southern Phone customer but that will end soon as the customer support and service delivery has nose-dived in recent times. Not too long ago there was very little wait time in someone responding to a call but now, it is an unrealistic long wait time.

Seems like the Company has got too big for its boots. I think a new CEO needs to be employed as the current one has let things get out of control.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $100.

Preferred solution: Full refund.

I agree.They should bring back Phil Herrick. I believe all the managers there are not local people and have no understanding why Southern Phone was originally set up.

To bring cheaper phone acess to regional Australian. Very Sad
